Founded in 2015 by our fearless and slightly caffeinated CEO, Michelle Scafidi, AMIAS HR was born from a mission to bring big-league, enterprise-level HR to small and medium-sized businesses — without the corporate nonsense or sticker shock. A true champion of the “little guy,” Michelle and Team Awesome Sauce strive to make HR human again.
