AMIAS HR was founded in 2015 by the CEO Michelle Scafidi, with a goal to bring large enterprise style human resources to small and medium sized businesses without compromising on quality. A true champion of ‘the little guy,’ AMIAS HR strives to protect businesses from themselves while making employee wellbeing the top priority in everything we do – bringing the humanity to human resources.
With over 100 years of combined human resource experience, AMIAS HR has pretty much seen it all. In those years, we have honed our expertise as smart professionals – we know our stuff! But we love to approach our business with a healthy dose of humor, in both our interactions with one another and with our clients. We find this makes us a little different from other HR consultants . . . but, different is good, no?
